On 31 st December 2025, the Minister of Finance (MoF) Regulation No. 112 Year 2025 (MoF Regulation-112/2025) was issued as the implementing regulation of Article 50 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 55 Year 2022. MoF Regulation-112/2025 amends several provisions under the previous regulations, namely Director General of Taxes Regulation No. PER-25/PJ/2018 and No. PER-28/PJ/2018.
