Hariansyah is one of the founders and was a Senior Partner of PB Taxand. Together with the late Prijohandojo Kristanto, he has been developing PB Taxand for the past 26 years. He took the role as PB Taxand’s Managing Partner during the years of 2011-2016. Prior to establishing PB Taxand, Hariansyah was a Partner for the Tax Division of Arthur Andersen in Indonesia.

He is a professional tax advisor with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international tax laws and practices with solid experience that spans over 46 years. His clients vary from local companies and state-owned enterprises to multinational companies with business interests in Indonesia. His areas of expertise include, among others, tax restructuring, tax litigation, and real estate taxation. He holds a Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Management and Law Science.

Hariansyah has attended several training sessions, both in Indonesia and overseas, and has lectured at numerous seminars on taxation. He is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association and the International Fiscal Association.

Permana Adi S serves as Managing Partner whilst also the Transfer Pricing Partner in PB Taxand. Permana’s role in PB Taxand includes assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, representing clients in the tax audit, tax objection, appeal and mutual agreement procedure related to Transfer Pricing cases, and assist clients in applying the Advance Pricing Agreement. His expertise also includes supply chain management and price/profit structuring. Permana actively participates in discussion with Tax Officers regarding Transfer Pricing issues in Indonesia. Currently he serves as Secretary General of Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia Kompartemen Akuntan Pajak for 2014-2016.

Permana actively conducting in-house Transfer Pricing seminar and workshop in several groups of companies as well as participating the local and international Transfer Pricing Summit. He was cited by the Legal Media Group as the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors in Indonesia for the year 2011-2012, and 2013-2014.

His role is not only as the Transfer Pricing advisor, Permana has advised companies extensively in acquisition and divestment, capital raising, share valuation and capital and debt restructuring.

Permana started his career in 1992 as a government auditor for more than 6 years with the Ministry of Finance - Republic of Indonesia. He then joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1999 before joining PB Taxand in the Corporate Finance Division in 2001. In 2009, he was appointed to establish the Transfer Pricing Division. He graduated from University of Indonesia with a Master in Management and Bachelor in Economics.

Aristo is a Vice Managing Partner in PB Taxand and has been handling corporate clients, both multinational and local companies as well as foreign investment companies. During his tenure of more than 15 years, his expertise in corporate advisory includes tax consultation, corporate restructuring, tax verification as well as tax due diligence. Moreover, he has involved in bond issuance projects, company merger and acquisitions, and tax disputes.
 
Aristo has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tarumanagara in 2001, majoring in Accounting. In order to expand his knowledge on updated tax issues, he attended Tax Global Conference in 2010 in Berlin (Germany) and in 2015 in Milan, Italy. He is also a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI). In many occasions, Aristo also participate in several taxation seminars and workshops as speaker. Prior to joining PB Taxand in 2002, he worked for a year as an auditor.

After accomplishing her Bachelors’ Degrees in Finance from the Texas A&M University; and Law Science from the University of 17 Agustus 1945; and her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, Henrietta became growingly active in participating in and contributing to several organizations that are well-respected in the field of taxation, financial and social associations. These include IKPI, KADIN, AEI, IFA, APINDO, AEI, CWMA and Toastmasters International.

She took the role as PB Taxand’s Managing Partner during the years of 2017-2022. With more than 20 years experience in taxation, she has advised on a number of tax strategies, corporate restructuring, international tax, tax dispute, tax compliance as well as individual tax and estate planning.

Providing a wide-range of services, many notable cases come to mind. Henrietta has handled notable Tax Audit, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Objection, Corporate Restructuring cases—amongst others, for companies in varying industries such as Retail, Electronic Manufacturing, Manufacturing, Plantation, Shipping, etc. She has proven to be a noteworthy speaker for events held nationally and internationally, including fellow Taxand Global Webinars, chambers, associations and universities as well; discussing Tax Transparency, Family Business Success and Succession; International Taxation, and Updates on Indonesian Taxation, and many others.

Halim began his career with GPU&Co., the Arthur Andersen's tax division, and became a partner at PB Taxand in 1998.

He has over twenty years of experience offering tax advice in the financial, consultancy, pharmacy, automotive and real estate industries.

He has developed numerous training programs and broadened his own knowledge through various overseas courses that have greatly contributed to his expertise in tax consulting. He has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Trisakti University. His memberships include the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Sudarmin completed his Master degree in Management, majoring in Finance in 2004 and Bachelor degree in Accounting in 2000 from the University of Tarumanegara.

He has been a Partner of PB Taxand since 2014, in which he provides professional advices for clients from various industries regarding domestic and international tax issues. Further, his experiences cover representing clients in tax disputes and controversies. He is Registered Tax Consultant with Certificate C License and holds a Tax Attorney License from Indonesian Tax Court.

Prior to joining PB Taxand in 2002, his career started as an external auditor in Public Accountant Firms for three years and also as a part time lecturer of accounting in University of Tarumanegara from 2001 – 2005.

Ivo is a Partner in the Corporate Advisory services in PB Taxand, specialising in tax litigation cases. She has more than 10 years experience in Tax Consultation, Tax Audit, Tax Objection and Tax Appeal including Judicial Review process. She has dealt with a number of tax refund cases of multinational and local companies in various industries, specifically manufacturing, distribution and construction services. She has also been involved in other corporate advisory services, such as restructuring and tax opinion services, as well as in many corporate action projects.

Ivo joined PB Taxand in 2001 after obtaining Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Atmajaya University, Jakarta. During her service, she has obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law Science from Pancasila University, Jakarta in April 2016. She has obtained her tax consultant license for Certificate C since 2008 and also holds a license of Tax Attorney, Certificate C. She is a member of Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Alice is a Partner in Corporate Advisory Services in PB Taxand. She has more than 15 years experience in corporate acquisitions, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Refunds, Tax Audit, Tax Objection and Tax Appeal including Judicial Review Process in the Supreme Court. She has been involved in numerous tax advisory assignments specifically manufacturing, e-commerce and construction services.

Alice earned her Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Trisakti in 2001. Prior to joining PB Taxand in 2002, she was a practicing auditor in a public accounting firm for nearly three years. She is currently a Registered Tax Consultant with Certificate C License.

At PB Taxand, she has broadened her knowledge by attending a Regional Tax Training Program held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2007 and recently attending Taxand Global Conference 2018 in Washington DC.

Maria is a Partner in PB Taxand. She has more than 11 years experience in tax audit, and tax consultations on the corporate restructuring. She has experiences in corporate restructuring including merger and acquisition of wholesale, distributor, and manufacturing companies, etc.

She holds a Bachelor Degree for Accounting from University of Tarumanagara. At PB Taxand, she has expanded her knowledge by participating in a Regional Taxand Training Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2009 and attending Taxand Conference, Spain in 2012. She has Tax Certificate C  as well as Tax Attorney license. She is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).  

Elviana has extensive experiences in handling transfer pricing matters in various industries such as automotive, pharmacy and consumer goods. She provides advice on transfer pricing policies and business restructuring for Multinational clients.

Elviana has assisted several clients in preparing Masterfile/Local File documentation, APA and MAP process. She has also involved in the disputes process which includes tax audit, objection and tax appeal process.

Prior to joining PB Taxand, Elviana has worked for 10 years in US tax consulting firms based in San Jose providing advices on tax matters and preparing returns for individual, corporate, partnership, trusts, and estate taxes.

She graduated from University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor in Business Administration and is a CPA in California.

Kelvin concentrates primarily on tax litigation services. He has extensive experience in all level of tax disputes from Tax Audit to Judicial Review Process in Supreme Court. In addition to that, he also deals with other tax services such as Global Bond issuance, Tax Advisory and Tax Due Diligence projects. Fast-moving consumers goods, energy, healthcare, plantation, and manufacturing are some of industries that have been served with their complex taxation issues.

Kelvin was in PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia before rejoining PB Taxand in 2012. Expanding his knowledge, Kelvin has participated in Taxand Next Generation School in Shanghai and attended various training. He graduated from Gadjah Mada University with a major in Accounting and holds professional tax consultant and attorney licenses. Currently, he is a member of Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) and  Indonesian Accountant Association (IAI) Kompartemen Akuntan Pajak.

Andi Kieputera started his career after getting his degrees from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and Bina Nusantara International University, Indonesia in August 2008.

He has gained extensive taxation experience and knowledge primarily on tax litigation starting from tax audit until judicial review at Supreme Court. He also has wide experience in tax due diligence, tax review and tax advisory in various industries, such as property, mining, plantation, healthcare, manufacture, service, information technology, startups and also high net worth individuals. 

To keep his knowledge updated, he participated in Taxand Next Generation School and Global Conference held in Dublin, Ireland and frequently attends taxation seminars and training. He is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultation Association (IKPI), Tax Attorney in Tax Court and holds Grade C Tax Consultant License.

With more than 15 years under her belt in the field of taxation, focusing on tax advisory with specialization on individual tax services, Novilia has gained experience and has reliable expertise in individual tax and tax consultation.

Her portfolio comprises clients covering a wide spectrum of conglomerates; and business owners, of both local and multinational companies. Notably, she has made a significant mark in her career having represented her client before the tax office and tax court.

Novilia is a well-equipped communicator in both the Indonesian and English languages, and frequently appointed as a speaker in the domestic and international event. She is currently a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI), holds a level C Tax Consultant License and Tax Court License.

Nico is a Partner in Tax Advisory services at PB Taxand, Jakarta office. He has been involved in the field of Tax for more than 15 years, beginning his career in 2007 after graduating from the University of Tarumanagara, Jakarta. Since then, he has gained extensive experience in tax advisory and tax litigation in various industries.

Through the course of his professional career, he gained exceptional skills in his practice in Tax as well as in experience working with high-profile clients and large companies involved in a wide range of business fields. His work at PB Taxand has honed his specialization in in handling corporate tax audits, tax appeals, tax consultations and other tax services. Additionally, he is also a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) from which he holds a Certificate C License and had successfully completed Brevet A, B and C.

Nico’s time at PB Taxand has led to tremendous growth in his career through the numerous weekly in-house tax trainings provided, and Sustainable Professional Development (PPL) by the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Maureen has been enthusiastic about the tax field since her study at Petra Christian University, which led her to join PB Taxand in 2010.

Maureen is based in the Surabaya Office of PB Taxand, where she leads a group of managers and staff providing tax services to multiple local and multinational clients.

During her experience of more than 15 years, Maureen has provided services in tax advisory, tax planning, tax audit, tax objection, tax appeal, as well as tax due diligence. She is responsible for managing numerous listed companies, and has a wide range of clients including manufacturing, hospitality, service, pharmacy, real estate, and logistics.

She has obtained her Certificate C tax consultant license and also holds a tax attorney license. She is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI).

Ricky is a Registered Tax Consultant with a Certificate C License, a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) and is also a Licensed Tax Attorney of the Indonesian Tax Court. He is currently based in the Surabaya Office of PB Taxand.

With 15 years of experience as a tax consultant, his areas of expertise include tax advisory, tax compliance, tax audit, tax objections, tax appeals and tax planning. He also provides professional advice to clients from various industries on domestic and international tax issues.
